How to Return an Item
Initiate Return
Log into your account and go to "Orders". Select the item and click "Return Item".
Get Return Label
We'll send you a prepaid return label via email. Print and attach it to your package.
Ship Your Item
Drop off your package at the nearest courier point. Track your return using the label reference.
Receive Refund
Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 7-10 business days.

What's Refunded?
We refund the product price only. The following are not refundable:

- • Return shipping (prepaid label provided)
- • Discounts or promotional codes
- • Gift cards or store credit
Exchange Option
Prefer an exchange? We'll arrange a replacement item shipped to you at no extra cost, or provide store credit of the full amount.
Return FAQs
Can I return items purchased on sale?
Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned. However, we'll still help with defective items.
What if the item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.
Can I return to a physical store?
Online returns must be shipped back. Store returns (if purchased in-store) can be processed at our physical locations.
